1. Using PairScope

By using PairScope you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. You must be old enough to enter into a binding agreement where you live, and you are responsible for making sure your use of the site and of crypto assets is legal in your country.

Do not misuse the site: no attacks, scraping at a harmful rate, attempts to break or bypass its features, or use for anything unlawful.

2. Not financial advice

Everything on PairScope, including prices, rankings, Trending, Surges, Picks, Heat scores, Risk scores, contract scan results, charts, alerts and featured listings, is general information. Nothing is a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any token. Do your own research and speak to a qualified professional before making financial decisions.

Many tokens, especially new ones, are scams, "rug pulls", honeypots or are highly volatile and illiquid. A token that appears on PairScope, even with a good score, can still go to zero.

3. Data and scores

• Market data comes from third parties such as DexScreener and GeckoTerminal. Security data comes from third parties such as GoPlus. It can be delayed, incomplete or wrong.
• Heat, Risk and contract scores are automated estimates based on the data available. They are not audits and not guarantees. A "pass" does not mean a token is safe, and missing data does not mean safe.
• Some chains and checks are not fully covered. Holder and liquidity-lock checks cover EVM chains only.
• We do not guarantee that the site will be available, accurate or error-free at any time.

4. Featured listings (paid)

• Paid placement, not endorsement. Featured tokens pay to be shown. A featured listing is advertising. It does not mean PairScope recommends, audits or vouches for the token or its team.
• Automatic checks. Before payment, the token must have a trading pair, minimum liquidity and must not fail our basic contract checks. These checks are limited and cannot detect every scam. We may decline, remove or hide any listing at any time, including after payment, if we believe it is unsafe, misleading or breaks the law.
• Payments. Payment is made in SOL on the Solana network to the wallet shown on the site. Blockchain payments are final and cannot be reversed by us. Make sure you pay the exact amount for the plan you choose. Network fees are paid by you.
• Duration. A listing runs for the chosen plan length (for example 1, 7 or 30 days) starting when the payment is confirmed. Paying again for the same token extends it.
• Refunds. Payments are generally non-refundable. If a payment is confirmed but the listing is declined by our checks or we cannot publish it, contact us with your transaction signature and we will review a refund or replacement case by case.
• Announcements. When a listing goes live we may announce it on our Telegram group and on X, including the token name, symbol, chain, price, liquidity and a link.
• No guaranteed results. We do not promise any amount of traffic, views, trades or price movement.
• Your responsibility. By buying a listing you confirm you have the right to promote the token, that the information is accurate, and that the promotion complies with the laws that apply to you.

5. Wallets and trading

PairScope is non-custodial. We never hold your keys, tokens or funds. If you trade through the site, the transaction is built by third-party routers (for example Jupiter or ParaSwap) and signed in your own wallet (for example Phantom or MetaMask). You are responsible for checking the network, token contract, amount, slippage and fees before you confirm.

Blockchain transactions are irreversible. We are not responsible for losses from trades, failed or delayed transactions, slippage, price impact, MEV or sandwich attacks, wrong addresses, phishing, wallet problems or third-party service failures. "Paper trading" in PairScope is a simulation with no real funds.

6. Alerts and Telegram

Price alerts and Telegram alerts are provided as a convenience and may be late, missed or inaccurate. Do not rely on them for time-sensitive financial decisions. You can disconnect Telegram alerts at any time from the site.

7. Privacy

• PairScope does not require an account. Your watchlist, alerts, paper trades and settings are stored in your own browser (local storage).
• If you connect Telegram alerts, a random anonymous ID generated by your browser and your alert settings are stored on our server so the bot can message you. Disconnecting removes the link.
• If you buy a featured listing, we process the token address, the payment transaction and the public wallet address on the blockchain. Blockchain data is public.
• We use privacy-friendly website analytics from Cloudflare to count visits. We do not sell your data.
• Third-party services you use through the site (wallets, DexScreener, GoPlus, Jupiter, ParaSwap, Telegram, X) have their own privacy practices.

8. Limitation of liability

PairScope is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent allowed by law, PairScope and its owners, operators and contributors are not liable for any loss or damage, including lost funds, lost profits or indirect damages, arising from your use of the site, the data and scores shown, featured listings, third-party services or any token. You use PairScope at your own risk.

9. Changes

We may update these terms and the site at any time. The "last updated" date above shows the latest version. Continuing to use PairScope after a change means you accept it.
